It is a common thing for us to expect the change that we want to come from an external source. we expect another to put in the labor and sweat to make the desired change happen. We often never look in the mirror and say, "I expect the change that you want to start with you."

The change we desire should start with our own self. After all, we are the only one we can really control. So, if you desire change in your world be the instrument to start that change in motion. Don't just dream about it, but be about it. Change. You make it happen in your own lifre first. Then, maybe the snowball affect will take place. Others will see the change in and through you, and see that they too must get on board with it.
